Terms of Service

Sysprola provides web development, digital marketing, design, video and automation services as described in each client’s written proposal. The proposal defines the scope, deliverables, timeline and price of every engagement.

• Project work is quoted fixed-price against a written scope; ongoing services run as monthly retainers.
• Projects typically start with an advance payment, with the balance due at agreed milestones or delivery.
• Third-party costs, hosting, ad spend, software licenses, stock assets, are paid by the client directly to the vendor unless agreed otherwise.

Timely feedback, content and approvals keep projects on schedule. Delays in providing them may shift the delivery date. Clients confirm they have the rights to all materials they supply.

Each proposal states the revision rounds included. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins, there are no surprise invoices.

On full payment, the client owns the final deliverables, including source files. Sysprola retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Marketing outcomes, rankings, traffic, return on ad spend, depend on factors beyond any agency’s full control. We report transparently and never guarantee specific positions or revenue figures.

To the extent permitted by law, Sysprola’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. Work completed up to the termination date is billable; everything delivered and paid for remains the client’s.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
