Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made to Sysprola Technology Services Pvt Ltd (“Sysprola”, “we”, “us”) - including project advances, milestone payments, monthly service retainers, maintenance charges, and any payment made through sysprola.com/pay or a payment link we share.

Website, e-commerce, design, video, and development projects are scheduled and resourced as soon as an advance is received.

• Before work begins: if you cancel within 7 days of paying an advance and no work has started, we will refund the advance in full, minus any payment-gateway charges.
• After work begins: advances and milestone payments are non-refundable. Where a project is cancelled midway by you, work completed up to that point is billed against the amount paid, and any clear unused balance may be refunded at our discretion.
• If we cancel: if Sysprola is unable to deliver a project for reasons within our control, we will refund the unused portion of what you have paid.

• Monthly retainers cover work performed in that month and are non-refundable once the month's work has begun.
• You may cancel an ongoing monthly service with 15 days' written notice before the next billing date; you will not be charged further.
• Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is charged by those platforms and is not refundable by Sysprola.

If you are charged twice for the same payment, or you paid an incorrect amount by mistake, tell us within 7 days. Verified duplicate or excess amounts are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days via our payment partner (Cashfree Payments). Bank posting times may vary.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank - most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks raised on payments for work already delivered may be contested with evidence of delivery.
