What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential clients who need website design or redesign
  • Present Sysprola's web design services and portfolio
  • Handle initial conversations and qualify leads
  • Close deals and hand off to our design team
  • Follow up with prospects to convert interest into contracts
  • Represent Sysprola professionally across all channels

Requirements

  • Experience in web design or digital services industry
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to explain web design value to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Reliable internet connection and professional communication tools
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Commission Structure

Transparent, performance-based pay. The more you close, the more you earn.

Commission is paid in INR after the client makes their first payment to Sysprola. No cap on number of deals.
