What You'll Do

  • Actively prospect and generate your own pipeline of web design leads
  • Present Sysprola's services and close deals, not just pass leads
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and get contracts signed
  • Follow up relentlessly until a deal is won or dead
  • Represent Sysprola professionally across all outreach channels
  • Hit monthly targets and grow your commission tier

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating interest
  • Comfortable working 100% commission with no base salary
  • Experience selling digital services, web design, or B2B solutions
  • Able to handle objections and negotiate without hand-holding
  • Self-sourcing: you find your own leads and manage your pipeline
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus

This role is NOT for you if…

  • ✕You've never personally closed a deal (only generated leads)
  • ✕You need a base salary or guaranteed income
  • ✕You expect us to provide all your leads
  • ✕You give up after one or two follow-ups

Commission Structure

Transparent, performance-based pay. The more you close, the more you earn.

Commission is paid in INR after the client makes their first payment to Sysprola. No cap on number of deals.
